Vlocity Announces 2019 Partner of the Year Awards
Partners Recognized for Customer Success, Innovative Industry Solutions and Driving Digital Transformation Across Multiple Industries.
Vlocity has announced the winners and finalists of the Vlocity 2019 Partner of the Year Awards.
The annual awards recognize Vlocity partners demonstrating excellence in digital transformation, customer success and superior implementation of industry cloud apps and solutions based on Vlocity technology. Award winners and finalists from around the world and multiple industries were recognized at Dreamforce 2019, November 19–21, 2019, in San Francisco, California.
Vlocity acknowledged partners in 5 categories celebrating both global excellence and achievements in the major industries in which Vlocity Industry Cloud apps are deployed. The award finalists and winners were selected from more than 120 partners based on customer deployments and technology innovation across over 30 countries and 200 deployments. Partners were selected based on their commitment to customers, investment in building industry cloud app expertise and practices, number of Vlocity trained and certified resources and customer success on joint deployments.

Vlocity Global Industry Partner of the Year: Accenture
The Global Industry Partner of the Year award, presented to Accenture executives at the co-hosted “Welcome Industry Reception” at the St. Regis, recognized Accenture's leadership excellence in almost every industry category and every region around the globe in the last 12 months. This milestone translates to having the most new Vlocity customers; the most new Go-Lives—where customers realize the value of their Salesforce and Vlocity solutions.

Along with securing new Vlocity implementations and successful deployments, Accenture has been active in product development and gaining deep expertise across Vlocity Cloud Apps. Of particular note: Accenture is heavily engaged in co-development with Vlocity across key areas of the Vlocity Energy and Utilities (E/U) solution. In the past year, more than 30 Accenture consultants, architects, developers and designers worldwide with deep-domain expertise have collaborated with the Vlocity teams to further extend and enhance the Vlocity E/U Cloud App. In addition, Accenture consultants have participated in a unique Immersion training experience focused on Vlocity Communications solutions. The initiative is a 3-month program that involves intensive training that goes beyond the Vlocity University courses, project shadowing, hands-on Vlocity Process Library (VPL) development experience and deep-dive product marketing education and networking sessions, and Accenture teams have completed 3 sessions this year alone.

Vlocity Growth Partner of the Year: IBM
While IBM and Vlocity have been working together for several years, the past 12 months have seen a new high mark in the relationship—with the greatest increase in business across all vectors measured.
The integration of IBM and Bluewolf (an IBM company) as Vlocity partners has been a catalyst. So has IBM’s continued investment in expanding the depth and breadth of experience in its Vlocity practice.
The results, as year-over-year growth, are impossible to dispute: Success has included new customer acquisitions with Frontier, BlueCross BlueShield Massachusetts, and Orange Spain, along with robust expansion with existing customers, such as Telecom Argentina and Telus.

Vlocity Communications Partner of the Year: Capgemini
Over the past 12 months, Capgemini has been the leader in new EMEA customers and customer go-lives, including INWI, TalkTalk, Orange Poland, Telia Sweden and IDMobile.
Along with major customer wins in a key region, Capgemini has been working closely with Vlocity on several firsts, such as the first Lighting Web Components demo to illustrate the speed and flexibility of this offering, and the first truly integrated, end-to-end 5G demo demonstrating how media and telco players can create new monetization models and optimize operations across the value chain—from order to fulfillment. This in-depth, integrated demonstration was showcased on Tuesday afternoon during Dreamforce at the Capgemini San Francisco Applied Innovation Exchange (AIE) location.
Vlocity Health Partner of the Year: Deloitte
Deloitte and Vlocity have established a sustained track record of success across several industries and multiple regions. In 2019, Deloitte collaborated with Vlocity at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee and our work at the State of Maine to modernize their Child Welfare system and the State of Indiana for their Child Support Enforcement (CSE) system led to project awards from those states. To celebrate the excellence and social value of such efforts, it is our pleasure to recognize Deloitte's leadership in the Health and Public Health industries and acknowledge Deloitte with a Partner of the Year award in this category.
For us, whether it is personal health or the crucial issue of public health, Deloitte has been an innovative collaborator, driving Vlocity to category excellence. This year has been an exciting benchmark for the important work that needs to be expanded to other stakeholders and providers. We are fortunate to have Deloitte as our partner on this journey.
Vlocity Technology Partner of the Year: Matrixx
Matrixx and Vlocity have been integral partners since 2016. In addition to working with marquee customers such as Orange Poland, H3UK, Verizon Visible, Vodafone, ID Mobile, and Telstra, and having launched several Go-Live projects with them, Matrixx and Vlocity continue to invest in seamless integration of our offerings to provide complete cloud solutions to the 5G market.
Whether measured over the past twelve months or the past four years we’ve been working together, Matrixx holds the record for the most significant number of customers, Go-Lives and pipeline projects. For these successes, Matrixx has been recognized and awarded the Technology Partner of the Year award this past week.
