Vlocity and Globys Launch Omnichannel Invoicing and Digital Billing for Communications and Media Sectors
Partnership Delivers Procure-to-Pay Digital Customer Experience for Telecommunication Carriers to Accelerate Growth and Efficiency.

SAN FRANCISCO — June 14, 2017 — Vlocity, Inc., a leading industry cloud company, today announced that it has formed a partnership with Globys, a global leader in invoice-to-cash solutions for B2B suppliers in the subscription economy. Together, Vlocity and Globys have launched a suite of fully integrated solutions specifically designed for communication service providers (CSPs), mobile providers and media companies, to deliver a fully integrated, omnichannel procure-to-pay experience. This new solution connects procurement with accounts payable in a single, seamless experience for business customers. Vlocity industry cloud apps leverage the omnichannel capabilities of the Salesforce Intelligent Customer Success Platform, which enables companies to achieve faster business agility and time-to-value from the cloud.
While improving the customers’ procure-to-pay experience, Globys and Vlocity will also work to improve the CSP’s order-to-cash productivity by eliminating cumbersome manual tasks. The solution will orchestrate workflow across account management, customer service, billing, accounts receivables, and operations.
