Vlocity's work with Sky Italia and Fastweb are prime examples of the company's partnership with Salesforce to provide omnichannel, CRM capabilities to CSPs across the globe. Additionally, Vlocity's work with Matrixx to create Go Digital, a CRM platform for CSPs, has been "well received by the industry," according to Andy Baer, Salesforce's senior vice president of global communications and media.
