The Vlocity Communications Cloud Fall ’15 release includes patent-pending industry business process technology that allows CSPs to orchestrate customer interactions – such as capturing personalized orders, addressing billing inquiries, or trouble-shooting service issues – through any channel and on any device. The release also delivers new CPQ functionality that simplifies the process of defining and launching new products, and configuring accurate quotes and orders for complex B2B services.
