Vlocity Partners With Bluewolf to Offer Enhanced Customer Intelligence and Agility

Vlocity Partners With Bluewolf

Vlocity is pleased to announce that Bluewolf has entered into a strategic partnership with Vlocity.  Vlocity has been selected by IBM to help engineer and launch a new Salesforce Fullforce Solution for the telco market—Bluewolf AI Now™ for Telecommunications.

The solution will be available on the Salesforce AppExchange beginning June 15.

As the acknowledged leader in industry-specific applications built entirely on the Salesforce platform—the world’s #1 CRM—Vlocity is uniquely positioned to help power Bluewolf’s high-impact solution. The constant flow of digital information is creating new challenges and demands previously unimagined, and to stay competitive, communication service providers (CSPs) will require faster and more reliable deployments via a single digital platform. That’s exactly what the disruptive, built-in capabilities of Bluewolf AI Now are engineered to provide. Augmented by integrated intelligence from IBM Watson and Vlocity’s communications industry cloud CRM & BSS applications, CSPs now have the agility and functionality to increase customer engagement and leverage value through unified billing, commerce, phone activation, sales and communications across all channels.

To those unfamiliar, Salesforce Fullforce Solutions are consulting partner offerings structured to recognize deep expertise through customer success in the development of a proven, Salesforce-based industry or cross-industry offering. CPS customers benefit from this designation, which emphasizes Vlocity’s status as a preferred Salesforce Strategic ISV Partner delivering industry-specific, innovative solutions and Bluewolf's proven sector expertise and customer success.

“Vlocity is excited to partner with Bluewolf on the Salesforce Fullforce Initiative and lend our omnichannel, industry-specific expertise and technology to the creation of a game-changing solution that combines the rapid intelligence of AI and the nimble power of the cloud,” said David Schmaier, CEO and Founder, Vlocity.

Added, David Trinh, Managing Director, Salesforce Go-to-Market Industry Lead, Bluewolf, “As a Salesforce and Vlocity Global Strategic Consulting Partner, we deliver the strategy and execution to make digital transformation and AI a reality for any industry. All businesses can be disrupted, and Bluewolf AI Now™ gives CSPs an intelligent, end-to-end digital experience that completely transforms customer engagement."
