Vlocity Health Extends the Power of the Global Leader of CRM to Deliver the Omnichannel and Mobile Experiences on the Salesforce Health Cloud
SAN FRANCISCO — Sept. 21, 2018 – Vlocity, Inc., a leading industry cloud software company, today announced the availability of comprehensive integration of Vlocity Health, its cloud-based Health Platform, with Salesforce Health Cloud for Payers. Health Cloud for Payers enables health insurers and plan sponsors to get a complete view of their members and provide more personalized care experiences.
Vlocity, a strategic Salesforce ISV and Titanium sponsor at Dreamforce 2018, provides a suite of front and middle office digital health functionality, built on the Salesforce Platform, to power business processes for health plans, producers, providers, employers' groups and policyholders. The announcement today highlights a significant next step in Vlocity's quest to deliver an end-to-end solution designed for the unique needs of health plans.

Under the leadership of Rita Sharma, Head of Product, Healthcare and Life Sciences at Salesforce, and Kevin Riley, Head of Vlocity Health, Vlocity has built health-specific functionality to work with Salesforce Health Cloud to power a health plan's digital transformation. Payers can now leverage the world's leading CRM and the trusted Salesforce Platform for industry-specific transactions like launching a product, quoting a policy, onboarding groups, recruiting providers and managing patient care. The integration of Vlocity's applications with Salesforce Health Cloud allows payers to more easily augment the power of the Salesforce Platform and manage the entire customer journey in the cloud.
